A high-output curved flame view with a smooth closed lower body for a quieter architectural finish.
The glazed door closes against a perimeter rope seal. With dry fuel, correct operation and a properly specified flue, combustion gases are drawn out of the room instead of spilling from an open hearth.

The latch compresses the perimeter seal around the viewing glass, helping the firebox manage its combustion air through the designed inlets.
The closed door separates the combustion chamber from the living space during normal operation.
The viewing panel gives a direct flame view without operating the fireplace as an open fire.
Diameter, height, bends and termination are specified together so smoke and combustion gases can discharge safely outdoors.
We inspect the fireplace position, ceiling, roof, wall construction and any existing chimney before confirming the route. KALM supplies and installs nationwide across Zimbabwe.
Route illustrations explain the concept only. They do not establish installation dimensions or approval. The exact fireplace and flue manuals, site assessment and applicable local requirements govern the finished installation.

A compatible insulated chimney can pass through an assessed wall penetration and rise externally on specified supports. The wall construction, clearances, cleaning access and terminal position must be checked for the selected system.

Only a suitable, assessed masonry recess can accommodate a freestanding fireplace. The short visible connector continues into a compatible chimney liner behind the lintel. Hearth, ventilation, cleaning access and clearances to the surround must follow the appliance and flue instructions.

A cassette requires its specified non-combustible enclosure, ventilation and service access. We assess the opening and chimney, then specify the compatible liner and clearances before confirming a retrofit.

A freestanding wood-burning stove sits on a suitable hearth with a matched flue. A built-in fireplace or cassette needs a suitable non-combustible enclosure and ventilation. We assess the room and existing chimney before recommending either.
The displayed price is for the fireplace alone. Flue length and route, roof or wall work, hearth, delivery and installation depend on the property. Send photos and measurements for an initial discussion; a final quotation follows an assessment.
Sometimes. We check the opening, masonry, chimney condition, clearances, ventilation and access for cleaning. An unsuitable opening needs a different location or a properly designed retrofit.
